Simply due to the overwhelming popularity of the 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle it can be said that the 1951 Bowman - his true rookie as we all know - is the most underrated postwar card in the hobby. In recent years however it has begun to get its due with prices realized steadily rising in all grades. Examples with particularly strong images are benefiting from the rise and despite the centering of this example the image quality is exceptional. Typically off-center this specimen is no exception the image moved far enough to the right of the canvas to receive a "MC" qualifier from PSA. However the color and brightness of the image itself is excellent the card clean and sharp for the grade one of the finer GOOD examples one is likely to encounter.
