Circa 1962 "Pitch-N-Hit" game endorsed by the participants in the prior season's great home run chase Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris. Not as much a game as a training aid the "game" included a blastic ball that would be connected to a string attached to a plastic base that could be mounted into the ground. The result enabled youngsters to throw and hit the baseball without needing to chase it down. The components are all included; the box is in good condition with some wear and creasing along with a few minor tears near the die-cut box face and edges. Still the display characteristics are strong the vibrant green box quite striking.
