I have one to sell!
While the 1952 Topps issue sets the pace for overall popularity and the 1953 set raises the bar for beauty the 1954 collection packs a punch in terms of overall star power. Rookie cards of Hank Aaron Ernie Banks and Al Kaline are keys with important cards of Jackie Robinson Willie Mays and Ted Williams at the top and bottom of the set. Presented is a true collector's set each card well-handled and loved falling near the lower end of the grade scale and yet consistent throughout with the set's key cards among its finest. Technical grades are 2% EX or better 12% VG/EX 29% VG 25% G 20% F and 12% P. A portion of the F and P cards are marred by writing on the reverse or in some cases on the front. A breakdown of the key cards is as follows: #1 Williams F #3 Irvin P #10 Robinson P #17 Rizzuto P #20 Spahn G #30 Mathews P #32 Snider G #36 WIlhelm G #37 Ford VG #45 Ashburn P #50 Berra G #70 Doby F #90 Mays P (writing) #94 Banks P #128 Aaron PSA VG-EX 4 #132 Lasorda G #187 Manush P #201 Kaline G #250 Williams G. A perfect set for a true collector. 250 cards total.
