Collector-grade specimen featuring popular infielder Jack Glasscock. The N284 Buchner Gold Coin set was issued in 1887 by D. Buchner & Company of New York along with Gold Coin brand chewing tobacco. Each card features a generic player drawing and pose with a player's name position and team printed underneath. The same drawings are often used multiple times within the set each colored differently and depicting different players. There are three possible back variations associated with this set. The card does exhibit some mild wear to the corners and edges along with some light fading and surface wear.
