The "Black Swamp Find" of several years ago forever changed the population of the E98 issue adding dozens of high-grade examples to the graded population. Prior to the discovery the set was a condition-sensitive issue the majority of the examples found in the lower grades. Thankfully PSA had the foresight to categorize "Black Swamp" cards separately enabling us to still recognize the rarity of higher grade "original" examples. This beautiful example depicts "Eddie" Collins (though we feel the photo looks more like Hall of Famer Jimmy Collins) an extremely well-centered and clean card with mild corner wear a very slight speck of paper loss on the reverse disrupting the technical grade of what might otherwise be an EX or even EX-MT card. Still "natural" E98s that were actually distributed in 1910 are extremely difficult to find with this degree of visual appeal. An outstanding card.
