Clean collector grade Cobb with a bright red background and crisp print registration. The text at the bottom of the card is slightly miscut the right edge exhibiting significant wear that results in the accuracy of the grade. Despite this the visual appeal of the card is strong far stronger than the assigned grade. The Piedmont Factory 42 reverse adds a layer of rarity to the card as the Piedmont 42 back rivals that of Carolina Brights in terms of scarcity. Even collector-grade T206 Cobbs are rapidly rising in value particularly those with tougher backs and aesthetically pleasing examples are rapidly becoming unaffordable. This is as fine an example as you will find at this grade a wonderful card with a rare back one of the keys to the issue.
