I have one to sell!
Exceptionally rare full-sized BF3 pennant featuring the legendary White Elephant mascot of the Philadelphia Athletics. The white elephant logo was adopted by Connie Mack in 1902 after the team was dismissed by Giants manager John McGraw who called them "the white elephants" (a popular term of the day meaning that they looked nice but were impossible and costly to maintain). Connie Mack adopted the idea and began using a white elephant as the insignia for the team even presenting McGraw with a statue of a white elephant at the start of the 1905 World Series. The pennant dates to 1936 and is very rarely seen in full size. Pennant exhibits light fading to a pale blue-grey color tack holes consistent with use and some of the tassels have as is common been torn away with age. Otherwise a very strong presentation with no rips tears ink or restoration.
