The magical medicine was purported to be a remedy for coughs colds horseness sore through spitting of blood bronchial affections and all forms of diseases of the respiratory organs. Sounds like something that would be worth having around the house. Graded VG 40 by SGC an outstanding example of this colorful issue with a "snake oil" advertisement on the reverse.
