Attractive celluloid pinback celebrating the International League champion Newark Indians. The pinback features manager Harry Smith but could have featured any of a number of players that made it to the big leagues including Al Schacht Watty Lee Cy Barger and many more. The pin measures 1 3/4" in diameter and displays well despite a large spot of rust at the bottom center of the pin where the celluloid has been punctured. Other minor spots of wear are evident primarily around the edges of the pin. Despite this a very rare and attractive piece.
