Attractive and difficult card from the E104-1 issue featuring members of the World Champion Philadelphia Athletics. Cards from this issue are highly desirable the "World's Champions" overprint adding to their desirability. The grade of VG 40 is perhaps a tad generous as some wrinkling at the top edge is evident resulting in a tiny spot of paper loss at Davis' hair. Still competition for the card should be aggressive regardless since examples are extremely difficult to find - this is the highest-graded of just four examples to be assessed by SGC with only seven more assessed by PSA.
