Official souvenir program for the 1965 Dodgers/Twins World Series (won in 7 games by the Dodgers).Behind the arms of World Series MVP Sandy Koufax and Don Drysdale the Dodgers (who used just seven pitchers in the seven-game series) stormed back from a 2-0 deficit winning the next three games before the Twins forced a Game 7. Koufax struck out 10 in a complete game shutout and Lou Johnson provided the power (substituting for an injured Tommy Davis) and the Dodgers won it all. This program is in excellent condition with a full-color front and back cover and black and white inside pages. All said pages are intact and the scorecard is blank - in fact there is no writing in the program at all. An outstanding keepsake of one of the Dodgers" memorable World Series victories.
