Familiar pose of Red Murray this time from the E94 Baltimore News Newsboy Series a very scarce version of the E94 Close Candy issue. The Newsboy series are only found with blue backgrounds and was issued with a prize offer of $1 to the first 35 boys to redeem a full set (unknown what the result would be if a girl were to redeem one). Particularly scarce this card has been graded FAIR 20 by SGC largely due to wear at the corners and very minor creasing hardly points to quibble about with an issue this difficult to find.
