Issued between 1910 and 1912 the P2 Sweet Caporal set includes 152 players and many variations making quite the challenge for even the most persistent collectors. Measuring at 7/8 inch in diameter these pins feature excellent black and white images of the most popular baseball players of the era and borrow most images from the T205 tobacco set. Graded “near mint ” this P2 pin features Hall of Fame pitcher Mordecai “Three Finger” Brown. This sample is truly “near mint” and virtually flawless and features the legendary pitcher in this “large letters” variation.
