This series of beautiful full-page color engravings was issued by a French language Canadian newspaper based in Montreal. The set is only partially catalogued. This is one of the largest offerings of these prints we have ever seen and includes Max Schmeling Leo "Kid" Roy Jackie Fields Tommy Loughran Johnny Risko Vittorio Campolo Harry Hill Eugene Huat Georges Chabot Elzear Rioux Arthur Giroux Albert Belanger Al Foreman Charles Belanger Sylvio Mireault Al Brown Christopher Battalino Joe Scalfaro Tom Heeney Jack Sharkey Pete De Grasse Andre Routis and Pete Sanstol. The beautiful pieces do exhibit some wear each double-hole punched at the top with typical minor tears at the edges and folds across the middle consistent with newspaper folds. A few do exhibit some writing across the image. Still a spectacular collection of full-color boxing images dating to the 1920s and 30s. 23 prints total.
