Lot Description  

Attractive August 25 1948 edition of The Sporting News which features a commemorative supplement dedicated to Babe Ruth who passed the week prior to publication. Entirely intact the piece does reflect the toned brittle paper of 70-year-old newsprint yet does present well given its age.
