Interesting collection of three ornate and highly-detailed baseball-themed metal pendants attached to vintage ribbons each originating from Cuba likely in the 1950s. The medallions are all generic likely awarded to the members of various youth or amateur teams. Each has developed patina over time but are still quite clean and attractive. The ribbons themselves like many textile and paper items from Cuba have deteriorated with time but are still included - along with their original (rusty) safety pin fasteners (on two of the three pins) - for the sake of completeness. Baseball memorabilia of any sort from Cuba is highly desirable; these three pieces are an excellent window into the importance of baseball at every level in Cuban culture.
