Beautiful October 31 1903 official scorecard for a game between Harvard and the Carlisle Indians. Several years before the arrival of outstanding athlete Jim Thorpe the Indians lost to Harvard 12-11 at the Harvard field in Cambridge Mass. Significant wear is evident on the cover and interior pages which are unscored. Despite the toning and wear (along with moderate separation along the top and bottom of the spine) the scorecard presents well an extraordinary piece of early football memorabilia.
