Extremely rare pocket mirror featuring the 1958 Brazil World Cup championship team. Picturing Gilmar De Sordi Bellini Orlando and Nilton Santos Dino Sani and Didi Joel Mazzola Dida and Agalo the lineup in the team's first World Cup match against Austria. Note that Pele in his first year was a substitute in this early stage of the Cup and is not pictured in the team photo. In the final match against Sweden Pele was in the lineup scoring his first World Cup goal. He then scored three consecutive goals in the second half leading Brazil to a 5-2 Cup victory. The celluloid backing and tortoise shell edge appears in excellent condition the mirror itself clean and clear but with natural age-related scuffing and scratches. Still an extremely rare piece a memento from the great Pele's first year with Brazil and that country's amazing World Cup victory.
