The 1934 R310 Butterfinger premiums were oversized photographs printed on unbelievably thin almost newsprint stock and distributed with Butterfinger candy bars. Due to the extreme lightweight paper they are very susceptible to damage of all inds - it is common to find R310s torn wrinkled or with pieces missing and many times due to their large size (7 3/4" x 9 3/4") they are found with folds pinholes and tape. Presented is a specimen that is not only the finest R310 Ruth we have ever encountered it is the finest R310 we have ever seen of any player - and we've handled a bunch. The image quality is nearly perfect but what is most striking is the incredible condition of the piece itself. It presents as EX/MT or better with slightly worn corners but very little additional noticeable wear - no pinholes no tape marks no wrinkles or folds. Simply a wonderful example the finest we have ever seen.
