Interesting baseball-themed postcard depicting a ballgame between unknown teams in a stadium that looks like it could be the old Polo Grounds with its short left and right field grandstands and bleachers on either side of the large structure and clock in center. Printed in Japan the postcard has a pull tab that activates the player"s bat pulling the tab causes the bat to "swing."The card is technically in POOR condition due to creases and an ink mark on the front as well as writing and several stains on the reverse. Produced on heavy stock and postally unused the card"s thickness has protected it from heavier wear. A very unusual postcard depicting baseball in what seems surely to be the dawn of the liveball era.
