Featuring members of the Texas League the 3rd series of the T210 set may be best known for its orange border variations. While there are no definitive answers as to why a subset of this series can be found with both orange and red borders most collectors assume it was a mistake in the cards’ printing. This subset of orange-bordered cards is considered quite difficult and collectors of the set covet them. Another blazer for this issue this sample shows Johnny Johnston and has been graded “excellent” by SGC. Exhibiting no major flaws and only minor corner and edge wear this is a superbly strong sample from this challenging subset.
