The running joke among baseball hobbyists is that it is more difficult to find an item that Bob Feller didn"t sign than it is to find one that he did. Certainly a prolific signer the Hall of Fame pitcher was an ambassador for the game a gentleman and always willing to spend some time chatting and scrawling his name. As a result he became known as one of the most friendly and beloved ballplayers of all time revered by fans of all ages right up until his passing in 2010. This is a beautiful real photo postcard featuring a portrait of Feller likely taken in the early 1950s as the image appears identical to that featured on his 1953 Topps card. Feller signed in ink across his chest completing an outstanding presentation. Not postally used the card is in apparent VG/EX condition with the signature bold and legible an excellent example of even the most prolific signature.
