Simply wonderful Chicago Cubs season ticket booklet for the 1909 season as issued to White Sox owner Charles Comiskey. It never occurred to us that crosstown rivals furnished one another with tickets but this completely used book serves as proof offering Comiskey and a guest entry to every Cubs home game at West Side Park. The elaborately-designed booklet cover is printed in blue and red bordered by a list of star Cubs including Cap Anson Buck Ewing Silver Flint Ed Delahanty John Ward and more. The tickets have at some stage been removed from the booklet however the front and back cover remain intact. The reverse exhibits scrapbook remnants as well as paper loss from being removed from the aforementioned book. One of the more unique ticket-related pieces we have handled.
