At LOTG we are far more accustomed to seeing the 1923 Willards Chocolates V122 baseball issue having handled a good amount of the cards over the years. Presented here are eight boxing cards from the V137 issue a set that contained retired fighters as well as fighters that were active during the time of issue. The set also included Canadian fighters not seen on any other cards. Included in this collection are the following: 1) Georges Carpentier VG; 2) Johnny Dundee G; 3) Eddie Fitzsimmons VG/EX; 4) Eddie Pinchot G; 5) Frank Slaney G; 6) Carl Tremaine F; 7) Billy Wells F; and 8) Jess Willard G. Seven cards from this more obscure Canadian issue notoriously condition-sensitive and subject to considerable wear due partially to their odd size.
