Astonishing high-grade example depicting fighter Frankie Neil fighting a bare knuckle brawl. As is the case with so many boxing cards of this era we are always intrigued by the regal-looking backgrounds; the boxing arenas closely resemble music theaters with ornate archways and balconies in the distance. This example is nearly perfect with razor-sharp corners and wonderful centering. Despite PSA having graded 65 examples of this card this is the only example that has attained a grade of 8.5. None have graded higher. The issue is condition-sensitive enough in fact that just two examples have graded a straight NM-MT 8. As such this is quite an exceptional card certainly "low pop."
