Extremely interesting Cuban issue graded GOOD 2 by PSA despite having an EX-MT to NM appearance on the obverse. The reverse of course exhibits signs of being mounted into a scrapbook including paper loss and significant staining. Many Cuban issues are difficult to find in any presentable condition however so a card of such an important figure with such a strong presentation is extremely desirable.
