3 1/4" x 6" subscription book for New York Journal-American newspapers bearing an advertisement for preacher Billy Sunday's spring and summer 1917 appearances in New York. The multi-page booklet contains numerous subscription forms for the sales of newspaper subscriptions and is bound by staples at the top of the booklet. In FAIR condition with some tearing on the front and back cover (much more pronounced on the back) and wear throughout. Also included is an unused Inbody postcard depicting Sunday and his family at home in Winona Lake Indiana in VG condition that would technically grade higher if not for some small paper remnants adhered to the lower-right corner of the postcard.
