I have one to sell!
Produced by a New York hot dog company in 1953 the Stahl-Meyer Franks cards are a nine-card set each measuring 3 1/4" by 4 1"2" featuring three stars from each of the three New York baseball teams: the Dodgers Giants and Yankees. One of the more popular (and valuable) of the scarce regional issues of the early 1950s these cards are typically found with significant condition issues due to their method of distribution (inside packages of hot dogs). This example of Yankees star Hank Bauer is no exception. Graded POOR 10 by SGC the card exhibits an ink stamp on the front along with significant creasing paper loss waviness and the inevitable hot dog stains. Still given the condition woes and scarcity associated with this set the card remains desirable regardless of condition.Population DataSGC Population: 6 total graded 1 at this level 3 higherPSA Population: 4 total graded 2 at this level 1 higher
