One of the most popular and widely collected Topps sets of the 1950s, the 1957 Topps issue was the first to adopt the size we consider "standard" today. With full-color photography and a minimalistic design, the set features an outstanding selection of players, along with a number of important rookie cards, including Hall of Famers Frank Robinson, Brooks Robinson, Bill Mazeroski, Jim Bunning and Don Drysdale. This mixed-grade set is largely clean, a few upgrades from being a solid midgrade set. The set features 12 graded keys in PSA, SGC and CSG holders. A complete condition breakdown would be 4% EX/MT with a few stronger, 12% EX, 24% VG/EX, 38% VG, 19% GOOD, and 2% FAIR.
A breakdown of the key cards is as follows: #1 Williams (PSA EX 5), #2 Berra (F), #10 Mays (SGC EX 5), #15 Roberts (G), #18 Drysdale (SGC EX/NM+ 6.5), #20 Aaron (SGC VG 3), #24 Mazeroski (G), #25 Ford (G), #30 Reese (VG/EX), #35 F.
