An incredibly attractive set with an art deco design that mimics that of the company's football and "Diamond Stars" baseball issues, the R136 "Sky Birds" set was issued in 1933 and 1934, and focuses on aviators, each card in the 108-card set featuring a different figure in the field of aviation.  Among the more famous cards are Charles Lindbergh and Amelia Earhart, the Sky Birds issue easily being her most popular.  One of just 17 examples graded by PSA, this one-cent wax pack has been graded EX-MT 6 but presents extremely well, the colorful artwork among the more visually pleasing of the era.
