4 1/4" x 5 1/4" booklet, 28 pages long, containing the baseball schedules of the Giants, Dodgers and Yankees for the 1955 season.  Bearing the name and likeness of Sam Lacy, sports editor of the Afro-American newspapers, the booklet serves to advertise Lacy's columns and local baseball reporting, particularly about the Black players on each team.  Technical grade is low due to a portion of the front cover that has been torn away (not completely, as it remains attached and lies flat inside the black circle of the cover), as well as a stain at the upper left corner and some long-ago flattened dog ears.  The presentation, however, is very strong.
