The colors of this Miller Huggins example just jump off the card. Posing with his hands cupped at his mouth, yelling to his teammates, Huggins is depicted here in his bold dark blue uniform with a red belt and CINCINNATI in red across his chest. The gradient background transitions from light orange at the top, to a deeper orange at the bottom. While the edges are mostly sharp, there is some light chipping and rounded corners. Centering is just west on the canvas, and some minor diamond cutting is present, as well. The Piedmont back shows some tobacco staining and is north and east on the canvas. A small crease near the top right corner is the main explanation for the card's technical grade, but this card has tremendous eye appeal.
