Though grading companies stubbornly continue to identify these cards as the nonexistent company "Scrapps Tobacco," we now know them to be distributed by H.D. Smith & Company of Cincinnati, among the earliest gum card issues in our hobby's history. This example of Chaz Bennett has been graded GOOD 2 by PSA, with some light staining on Bennett's chest, likely glue from the reverse that passed through onto the front. Aside from the glue staining and some light edge wear, the card presents extremely well, an outstanding card.
