1968 personal check from Hall of Famer Heinie Manush, to Blue Cross Blue Shield, from back in those carefree days when a check to the insurance company could be just $18.  Manush signed in the appropriate area, the signature suffering a small bit from ink slippage.  Manush passed away in 1971, making his signatures slightly difficult. This example has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
