High-grade example originally taken while Porter was a member of the Brooklyn American Association team, but not issued until 1889, when he was a member of the Kansas City Cowboys.  The photos for the Brooklyn Old Judge players were all taken outdoors, creating a desirable subset of cards.  This pose, number 372-6, however, is only available showing Porter with Kansas City.  Sharp and clean, with outstanding contrast for the issue.
