Collection of twelve original silver gelatin photographic prints from Paul Thompson's esteemed news photo service. Each features a member of the 1921-22 Brooklyn Robins, including seven intimate portraits of Robins players posed individually in front of their dugout, along with five action shots. Aside from a few chipped corners this is an astonishingly clean grouping with limited signs of handling wear. Borders remain white across the group with Paul Thompson's credit stamping appearing on verso of eight of the 12 examples. Four photos appear to be non-credited on verso but are consistent with the others.
