Collection of seven original silver gelatin photographic prints depicting members of the 1919 Chicago White Sox. All seven images feature "clean" members of the team who were not implicated in the Black Sox scandal, including Hall of Famer Ray Schalk in an attractive catching pose, and southpaw hurler Dickey Kerr who famously won both of his starts in the 1919 World Series. Please note there is a small tear to Kerr's example, running vertically down from the top edge but it is barely noticeable when photo is flat. An extremely clean group of 6.5" x 8. 5" original photos overall with some typical minor corner wear scattered throughout.
