Similar in appearance to the T206 issue due to the player poses being identical, the T214 issue is far more rare.  Due to the later year of issue, the T214 set includes Federal League players (such as Ed Konetchy here).  It is believed that the T214 cards were distributed only in Louisiana, the limited distribution accounting for the extreme rarity of the cards.  Of the multiple tobacco sets distributed exclusively in Louisiana, it is the T214 cards that are considered most difficult, prized by advanced collectors in any grade.  

As an indicator of rarity, only 89 examples of T214 cards have been graded by PSA and SGC combined (some likely graded by both companies and not removed from population reports).  Only two examples of Konetchy's card have been graded, this being the higher of the two (the other is a PSA 1).  A few light corner wrinkles and a speck of paper loss from a surface abrasion lead to the grade, though the eye appeal of the card is strong.  The Victory Tobacco ad on the reverse is clear and legible, with some light surface soiling throughout.  An extremely rare card, with examples from this set appearing at auction very infrequently.
