Extremely sharp, higher-grade set, likely constructed in recent years from unopened wax or vending boxes.  The cards are mostly as issued in 1976, barely touched save for insertion into nine-pocket pages.  The primary condition flaws relate to typical Topps centering issues, though some of the cards do exhibit a corner touch here and there, with a few actual dings, but the majority of the set is extremely strong for the issue.  A condition breakdown would be 3% NM-MT, 29% NM, 49% EX/MT, 26% EX, 3% lesser, most of which are due to extreme centering issues.
