Sports photographer, Pamela Schuyler has captured a candid moment with Muhammed Ali prior to action in this 7" x 8" press photo. The presented photograph has been consigned to us by Schuyler herself, who tells us "...the other press went in a different direction. They turned left and I turned right and there was Muhammed Ali in the locker room getting taped up. I introduced myself and thought the taping was so rhythmic. I asked if I might photograph this. He was very kind and respectful and said yes!" From 1971-78 Schuyler shot for several Boston-area publications and the Associated Press, while also serving as team photographer for the Boston Celtics from 1974-76. A fresh-to-the-hobby example, this photo has been signed by Schuyler on verso which also displays lettering declaring "This Paper Manufactured by Kodak."
