Topps had a long history in Venezuela and was selling cards there as early as 1952.  In 1959 they began a sporadic run of licensed baseball sets in the country, which remain elusive and highly desirable to this day.  Roberto Clemente and Hank Aaron grace this 1964 National League Batting Leaders card. A PSA 3 is no small potatoes when it comes to the Venezuelan issues and this is a nice example in the grade, with rounded corners and edge wear evident but without the creasing that afflicts many VG cards.
