The Scooter makes an appearance in the underrated 1947 Tip Top Bread set, which was a coordinated, albeit loose amalgamation of regional issues covering eleven teams in total. Tip-Top is an important set, the first postwar issue to really have a diverse and extensive checklist and featured several Hall-of-Famers, including Rizzuto. The cards have suffered over the years, as this one shows and is typical with this issue. Tip Top's are hard to find today and SGC's pop reports lists five Rizzuto's graded, with none higher than a 2. PSA has graded six overall, attesting to the scarcity of this card.
