Managers Donie Bush of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Miller Huggins of the New York Yankees share a quiet moment before Game 1 of the 1927 World Series – a series the vaunted 1927 Yankees lineup and pitching staff would dominate, sweeping the Pirates in four games. Standing between the pair of managers is Pennsylvania Governor, John Stuchell Fisher, who threw out the first pitch. Photo remains in strong overall condition and verso is bright with a full paper tag attached. Pacific & Atlantic stamping appears at the top. Measures 8" x 10" and includes full LOA from PSA/DNA.
