Complete run of 1970s World Series ticket stubs with one stub from each Series, plus one extra.  Collection includes: 1) 1970 World Series: Memorial Stadium Game 5 stub, the deciding game of a Series victory for the Baltimore Orioles against the Cincinnati Reds.  Baltimore would win the game, 9-3, with home runs from Frank Robinson and Merv Rettenmund.  VG-EX.  2) 1971 World Series: Three Rivers Stadium Game 5 stub, 4-0 Pittsburgh Pirates victory over the Baltimore Orioles, Nelson Briles pitching a two-hit shutout.  G-VG condition.  3) 1972 World Series: Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Game 4 stub, the Oakland Athletics defeating the Cincinnati Reds, 3-2, en route to a 7 game victory.  Gene Tenace homered for Oakland.  VG.  3) 1973 World Series: Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Game 2 stub, the New York Mets defeating the Athletics, 10-7 in 12 innings, setting a then-record for the longest World Series game in history.  Oakland committed five errors, including two in the 12th by second baseman Mike Andrews, who was then forced by owner Charlie Finley to sign a (false) affidavit, explaining he was injured and could not play the rest of the Series.  GOOD condition.  4) 1974 World Series: Dodgers Stadium opening game ticket against the Oakland Athletics, the first game of the first all-California World Series.  The Athletics would win the game, 3-2, Reggie Jackson and Jimmy Wynn each contributing home runs for their teams.  VG condition.  5) 1975 World Series: Riverfront Stadium stub for Game 3 between the Cincinnati Reds and Boston Red Sox, one of the most legendary World Series ever.  6-5 10-inning Reds win, with home runs from Bernie Carbo, Dwight Evans and Carlton Fisk for Boston, and Johnny Bench, Dave Concepcion and Cesar Geromino for Cincinnati.  VG condition. 6) 1976 World Series: Yankee Stadium Game 3 stub between the Yankees and Cincinnati Reds,  the Reds taking the game, 6-2 en route to a Series sweep.  Jim Mason homered for the Yankees, the 500th home run in World Series history.  Dan Driessen homered for the Reds.  VG-EX.  7) 1977 World Series (2): Pair of Dodger Stadium stubs from Game 3 vs. the Yankees, a 5-3 Yankees win en route to a six game Series victory for the Yankees.  Dusty Baker homered for the Dodgers, Mike Torrez out dueling Tommy John.  Both stubs in VG-EX condition.  8) 1978 World Series: Dodger Stadium Game 2 stub vs. the New York Yankees, a 4-3 Dodgers victory.  Ron Cey homered for Los Angeles; the Yankees would go on to win the Series in six games.  VG-EX condition.  9) 1979 World Series: Three Rivers Stadium Game 3 stub for the "We Are Family" Pittsburgh Pirates against the Baltimore Orioles.  Baltimore would with the game, 8-4, Benny Ayala hitting a home run for Baltimore.  EX condition.  Ten stubs total.
