Beginning in 1928, the Exhibit Supply Company of Chicago changed the format of its baseball cards, electing to include four players on each card - each of the four players being teammates.  This practice would continue for the entire decade.  The "four-on-one" cards would be printed in a wide range of color combinations of black, brown and blue ink on blue, orange, green, red, white and yellow backgrounds.  Most backs remained uncolored, however, in some rare occasions cards have been found with red or yellow backs.  The 1929-30 issue contained 32 different cards, with postcard backs.

Attractive yellow-tinted card featuring Hall of Famers Mel Ott and Bill Terry, graded FAIR 1.5 by SGC due to an area of paper loss on the postcard reverse, along with some pencil writing in the upper-right corner, also on the reverse.
