Hugh "Losing Pitcher" Mulcahy is a difficult common from the Salutation Exhibits as he missed almost five seasons from 1941-1945 serving in Uncle Sam's Army but was actually drafted several months before Pearl Harbor, after being named an All Star in 1940. There's some obverse foxing and a couple of small red ink drops just below his throwing hand but the overall look is solid. A large rubber cement mark on the reverse is what really drives the PSA 2 grade.
