Hoyt Wilhelm was 30 years old when he took the mound for his second season in the bigs in 1953 but he would ride his topsy-turvy knuckleball for another nineteen seasons and into the Hall-of-Fame.  He's caught here in a well-executed portrait on this PSA 7 1953 Topps card with vibrant colors all around. A stray factory print line along the left border doesn't take away anything from this superb example.
