As with the 1952 Bowman set of Television & Radio Stars of NBC, the 1953 iteration offered superb color and oversize cards featuring the most popular entertains of the era. This time around the checklist was expanded to 96 cards, all of which can be found in this collection along with 26 duplicates. As with the 1952 Bowman set, both Bob Hope and Groucho Marx are present along with other familiar names like Carl Reiner, Dinah Shore, Sid Caesar, and others. This is a mid to high grade set with most cards averaging VG/EX with some slightly better.
