Spectacular trophy produced by Dieges & Clust, measuring approximately 10 1/2" in height and weighing in at a whopping 11 lbs, depicting a figural fielder stretching to catch a ball, foot anchored on a removable base.  Etched into the beautiful base of the trophy reads "Spalding Trophy," the reverse blank where an engraved plaque could be affixed (and perhaps once was).  Outstanding condition with a healthy patina.  A highly desirable figural piece.
