Pair of attached proof tickets from their original panel, for Game 3 and 4 of the 1932 World Series games at Wrigley Field between the Chicago Cubs and New York Yankees.  Games 3 and 4 wound up being the only games played at Wrigley, as the Yankees swept the series.  The noteable game was, of course, Game 3, which included perhaps the most famous home run in World Series history - Babe Ruth's "Called Shot."  Ruth actually hit two home runs in the game, as did Lou Gehrig, alone with one each from Kiki Cuyler and Gabby Hartnett.  Game 4 featured two home runs by Tony Lazzeri and one from Earle Combs, with one from Frank Demaree of Chicago.  Ultimately, though the Yankees won Game 4 by a 13-6 margin.  The tickets are still attached, in poor condition with some fading and paper loss, the word "Sample" hole punched into the ends of the tickets.  Paper loss mars the reverse as well.  Despite this, a rare panel from an important prewar World Series.
